Absolutely loved the pic – it’s fantastic! Wow!
Extremely motivational to loose those extra kilos.
One tip though – I wished that I had of being wearing clothes that really exposed my body shape.
For example; shorts and singlet top or even a pair of bikinis. That would have been unreal to experience……

Holy Toledo is that really me?
The first thing I thought of when I saw the thinner sox was, oh my lord I am quite beautiful,
then l looked at the before shot and reality set in. Still beautiful but theres a whole pile more
of me.
What an incredible program this is & what an incredible incentive it would be if you stuck
the after shot on the fridge so you could say no to the stuff you know you shouldn’t have. You have sold me darlin.
